We ship from our partnered sweat-free factories located in the USA, United Kingdom, China, and Montreal. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
Processing orders take 1-5 days.
Shipping time: Standard USPS Ground Shipping (1-3 weeks on custom made orders and items shipped from the USA and 2-4 weeks on items shipped from our international warehouse) to the United States, and Flat rate Worldwide shipping everywhere else using reliable couriers like USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on the best rates we receive from them.
You will be sent an email with a tracking number to track your package once your order has shipped.

USPS Ground is a reliable way to ship packages.
Shipping varies from 2–8 Business Days.
ePacket delivery is a shipping option offered for items shipped from China and Hong Kong.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR REFUND POLICY?
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week! So make sure you are ordering the correct item. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!
