Refund and Returns
Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention is brought to us no later than a week after receiving your items! So make sure you are ordering the correct item. Make sure to read the measurements in products that apply. If there are none, email us!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You have 30 days from the time your refund is approved to return your items for a full refund. Failure to return item/s in 30 days will automatically void any refund agreement.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Processing orders take 1-3 days.
Shipping time: Standard USPS Ground Shipping (1-3 weeks on custom made orders and items shipped our USA warehouse and 2-4 weeks on items shipped from our international warehouse) to the United States, and Flat rate Worldwide shipping everywhere else using reliable couriers like USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS depending on the best rates we receive from them.
You will be sent an email with a tracking number to track your package once your order has shipped.
